With regard to its own exhibitions, BERNEXPO AG can carry out all the registration steps.
By registering as a visitor and submitting your consent at the end of the registration process, you are consenting to BERNEXPO AG using certain selected data (company name, first and surnames, address, payment method and email address) for processing payments and dispatching tickets. In addition, those details (company name, first and surnames, address, payment method, email address and other details you entered) may be used for marketing and optimising purposes that will enable us to perform market research so that we can offer better services, improve our customer service and optimise our offerings. After scanning, the exhibitor will have access to your company name, first and surnames, job title and description, address, email address, telephone number and mobile number provided you entered them when you registered. Any data transmitted to the exhibitor in this way is subject to the responsibility and data protection provisions of that exhibitor. Participation in this service is voluntary for you as a visitor. You can withdraw your consent at any time by communicating this to the exhibitor. BERNEXPO AG cannot accept any liability for the exhibitor's storage and processing of your data. Any additional details provided to the exhibitor by you will also be transmitted to BERNEXPO AG.
If you register as an exhibitor, we will publish the content of your company profile as known to us (e.g. company name, address, contact details) and other company details (such as the product category). Any content or data modified or added to through the booking portal will also be visible to the general public.
The booking portal and online exhibitor directory are provided by a technical service provider: ngn - new generation network GmbH, Leipziger Strasse 126, 10117 Berlin. That company processes personal data exclusively for the purposes of rendering its services in operating the booking portal and online exhibitor directory, but not for its own purposes.
If you register for our free newsletter, the data requested for the registration, i.e. your email address and, as an option, your name and address, will be transmitted to us.
